Majestique Landmark started as a textile company and gradually expanded to include production facilities in Surat, Varanasi, Bengaluru, and Mumbai, along with 30 retail outlets across major cities in Maharashtra, totaling over 300,000 sq. ft. In 2007, the company diversified into real estate, launching residential projects in Pune at Hadapsar and Market Yard. The success of these projects led to a full-scale expansion into construction, with various residential developments across the city, each targeting specific demographics.
